As you all know The band started by a show well known as "Making The Band".It was an audition held to form a 5 member band!Lou Pearlman was the producer for this band "O-town".He is a well known guy.He put together the well known groups Backstreet Boys and N'sync.
Actually Ashley was the last one in line for the auditions,so he got a chance to check out some of the compition in store for him.He knew he had to go out there and give it his all!!Oh he gave it his all,matter of fact all the guys worked their butts off to get where they are now!!
Originally these were the first 5 members choosen to be in this band:Ashley, Jacob, Trevor, Erik, &Ikaika!A little while latter something happened and Ikaika was no longer in the group anymore! All the guys thought who would make the best 5th member,and without even checking with each other they all said man Dan has got to be the 5th member!So now these are the 5 final member that have made the best group ever:Ashley, Jacob, Trevor, Erik, &Dan!!These guys have been through so much to get to where they are today,and they are gonna be around a while!!So then they went into recording their first CD self titled album"O-Town" ABC's show "Making the Band" takes the cameras inside the lives of The 5 Hot,kind and young musicians putting together a band.On the show you can catch the band expressing their opinions,feelings,problems and u see basically everything that is going on in their life! The show is filmed or recored in Orlando, Florida The first premiere was on March 27th, 2000!!
"Making the Band"has ended their 2nd season.There has been talk about a 3rd Season,but it wasnt confirmed yet,when it is we will have it posted so keep checking in!
